Refunds + Exchanges

I will be happy to exchange any clay pieces that arrive damaged. I've taken many things into consideration to hopefully prevent this! Keep in mind, so far all earrings are one of a kind. These first collections to launch will also be backed by my exchange policy. As long as extreme wear and tear isn't the cause of damage, I will allow an exchange of an item due to creator experience.

If you purchased a print-on-demand item such as shirts or hats, there are unfortunately no refund opportunities as these are made custom you. If there is a defect however, damaged product, or manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacment or a refund if you contact them within 30 days of product delivery. 

 

With purchase of Dear Heart or Kitsch items there is a no refund policy. In the event that there is an item of equal or lesser value, and exchange may be possible.
